  Our journey began in 2014 when preliminary work was conducted on the Yak-52's two-blade propeller, equipped with the M-14P aviation engine. This project involved setting up a comprehensive vibration measurement system using the Balanset-1, where key components, such as vibration sensors and laser phase angle sensors, were strategically placed to gather accurate data during the balancing process. The gathered data was analyzed to determine the necessary correction weights to reduce imbalances effectively.
  
  Through systematic trials, we established a methodology for installing sensors on the propeller and identified its resonance frequencies. Crucially, we discerned the operational rotation frequencies that would minimize residual imbalances during the balancing procedure. Balancing efforts allowed significant reductions in vibration, going from 10.2 mm/sec to an impressive 4.2 mm/sec after corrective measures were applied.
  
  Significant work was also carried out on the Su-29 aircraft's three-blade MTV-9-K-C/CL 260-27 propeller. By implementing a similar methodology used with the Yak-52, we achieved substantial reductions in vibration. Initially recorded vibrations of up to 6.7 mm/sec were decreased to 1.5 mm/sec, highlighting the importance of regular oversight during the balancing process.
  
  The data collected from these studies emphasized that balancing any propeller requires meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the unique frequencies related to the aircraft's structural elements. Knowledge of natural frequencies is vital, as it allows operators to choose optimal propeller rotation frequencies during the balancing process, ensuring maximum effectiveness and specification compliance.
  
  Both aircraft showcased that propeller vibration levels are sensitive to the rotational speeds, revealing a pattern where higher frequencies lead to reduced vibrations due to increased detuning effects. Naturally, this information can be applied to future balancing procedures, enhancing the functional lifespan of these aircraft components. The impact of proper balancing on maintenance schedules cannot be overstated, particularly when it comes to ensuring flight safety and preventing economically and structurally damaging mechanical failures.
  
  Regular vibration analysis and the use of tools like the Balanset-1 permit ongoing assessments of propeller conditions.
