  First of all I would like to say superb blog!
  I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts
  before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure
  out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Appreciate it!

  When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new
  comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment
  is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there
  an easy method you can remove me from that service?
