  layout of your website? Its very well written; I
  love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of
  content so people could connect with it better.
  Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images.

  My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data
  backup. Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?

  When I initially left a comment I appear to
  have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are
  added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment.
  There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service?
